Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Follow these simple steps to book your transfer:

  1. On the menu bar in the top right corner you will see a tab name “BOOKING” click on this tab to go to the booking page.
  2. Fill out the form on the booking page with your personal information.
  3. Please provide up to date information like phone number, email address, etc.
  4. Add the date and time of your pick up and drop off
  5. Add the address of your pick up and drop off
  6. On the message box write a very detailed summary of your transfer. (Example; If you live in a gated community and our chauffeur needs to enter with a code, please provide the code to enter the community. If the community has a security guard that will ask for detailed information to contact the residence, provide the correct number and full name of the person that will give our chauffeur access to enter your community, etc.)
  7. Click the “SEND MESSAGE” button when you finish

 

Once you have submitted a booking form, our customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours with the confirmation of your transfer.

What information do I need in order to book?

Please make sure that you provide as much detail information as possible when submitting information to our customer service representative when booking a transfer. Up to date personal information is necessary, if our chauffeurs cannot get in contact with you based on out of date information this can delay your transfer. If your information changes before the date you’ve requested the transfer, please make sure you contact our customer service representative with the updated information so that our chauffeurs can have the updated information before the transfer, and no unnecessary delays based on information occur.

Information needed:

  1. First name and last name spell correctly
  2. Current up to date phone number
  3. The email address where we will contact you directly
  4. The time and date of when you are requesting the transfer
  5. The address of pick up
  6. The address of drop off

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

All Exquisite Limo & Transportation can transfer you or your guest anywhere in the South Florida tri-county area (West Palm Beach County, Broward County, Miami-Dade County and Monroe County) we are committed to give you and your guest the best transportation service possible. Therefore, we are not just limited to the South Florida tri-county area, we can also transfer you and your guest anywhere in the state of Florida as well as the United States. All you have to do is contact our customer service representative for a prorated rate on your specific transfer.

How do I pay for my transfer?

ALL EXQUISITE LIMO & TRANSPORATATION accepts all major credit cards, after you have booked a transfer through our website, our customer service representative will contact you so that you can make a payment over the phone. If you prefer to make an online payment, unfortunately at this time our website currently does not have a payment system. All of our online payments are done through a third party software specifically used in the transportation industry, through this website you will be able to make your payment securely.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes, you can definitely book a transfer with more than one stop. All you have to do is provided all the detail information of all the stops when booking your transfer. If you have already booked a transfer and need to add additional stops to the transfer, please give us a 24 hour notice. Please keep in mind that by booking more than one transfer prices will be subject to change, based on distance and time.

My group size has changed. Can I choose another vehicle?

If your group size has changed, you must provide a 24 hour notice in advance so that we can accommodate you and your guest to a larger or smaller comfortable vehicle.  This change will be based on the size of the vehicle you originally reserved and the size of your group. If you reserved a sedan that accommodates 3 – 5 people and need a vehicle that can accommodate more than 5 people, we will need to provide you with a bus or limousine, but if a bus or limousine at the time of your change are not available.  We will have to accommodate you and your guest with more than one sedan vehicle. If you reserved a bus or limousine and need to change your vehicle to a sedan to accommodate a smaller size group, will make sure to provide you with our best vehicle available. Please be advised that depending on the change of the vehicle prices will be subject to change.

How long will the transfer take?

Our professional chauffeurs cannot determine an exact time of transfer, they can only provide an estimated time of transfer based on the point of pick-up and drop off.  Due to the many barriers (weather, traffic, construction, road accidents and other unavoidable causes) that can be encountered before and after a pick up or drop off, the transfer time can be delayed or continue to be on schedule. Our professional chauffeurs are prepared to provide you and your guest with the best possible solution to accommodate your time of transfer if any issues occur.
